3-Month Athlete Semi-Private Training 2 Days/Week
This service is perfect for middle school and high school athletes. The workouts include a combination of weight training, speed and power training, conditioning, mobility and core work. Each athlete has a program personally tailored to their needs and goals. The classes are in a semi-private training format where there will be other clients also being coached through their own personalized workouts.
