12-Month Semi-Private Training 2 Days/Week

The semi-private fitness training is the best bang-for-your-buck. Our skilled coaches will use your initial assessment to design an individualized training program based around your needs and goals. Each training session will be guided by a coach alongside of other clients who are simultaneously being coached through their own personalized workout. Sharing time in a semi-private format allows for a program that is customized to your needs, kind to your checkbook, and creates a fun, motivating, community energy in the gym. Each session has a max of 6 clients per coach in order to provide the individualized attention each client deserves.
